Control Plane Backend Engineer

Dragonfly Cloud is a managed multi-cloud product built on top of Dragonfly, enabling organizations to easily harness the power of Dragonfly and deliver faster, more reliable applications to their customers at a fraction of the cost.
As a Control Plane Backend Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the control plane of Dragonfly Cloud. You will solve complex distributed system problems and utilize modern cloud technologies to build a valuable, scalable, reliable, and secure product.
You Will
- Analyze product and business requirements to design and implement new features and systems.
- Maintain and improve the control plane of Dragonfly Cloud, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
- Be responsible for the end-to-end development lifecycle, from design to deployment and monitoring.
- Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and architecture discussions.
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure the reliability of the product.
You Have
- Proven experience in distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong programming skills in Go and high standards for code quality.
- Experience with Terraform, Packer, Docker, Kubernetes, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with at least two cloud providers. Azure experience is a significant advantage.
